Shipping + Returns
Currently all orders are print-on-demand and shipped from our wholesaler’s warehouse – most often from the United States, with some products coming from the Europe warehouse.
Fulfillment - it takes 2 - 7 business days to create apparel products and 2 - 5 business days for non-apparel
Shipping – shipping times will vary on location. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders within Canada - shipment will usually arrive 3 - 8 business days after the order has shipped (not including fulfillment times).
Orders in the US – shipment will usually arrive 2 – 5 business days after the order has shipped (not including fulfillment times).
We do not accept returns on any item that has been used.
If you have received a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com with photos and order number. Items that show signs of wear or use may not be returned.
All products on Goldtoothgrin.com are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges UNLESS an incorrect order was sent to you (as long as products are unused).
We will process an exchange for the same product(s) or product(s) of equal value. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive an exchange.
If a package goes missing, we will make our best efforts to track its location for you. Goldtoothgrin.com is not liable for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
